System certification

Quality has always been, for MEBRA PLASTIK ITALIA, a strategic objective to be pursued to ensure maximum satisfaction of customer expectations. Alongside a quality management system, we embrace a certified environmental respect policy.

ISO 9001:2015

Quality has always been, for MEBRA PLASTIK ITALIA, a strategic objective to be pursued to ensure maximum satisfaction of customer expectations. For this reason, since the early 1990s we have equipped ourselves with a certified company quality system that is constantly updated and implemented.

The MEBRA PLASTIK ITALIA Quality Management System has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard by IIP with certificate N°247 and its international partner IQNET (International certification network) with the IT 3456 certificate. This system is based markedly on the need to take on board the current needs of the customer, anticipate their futures and satisfy them in the most complete, rapid and elegant way.
The quality management cycle, therefore, begins with market research and ends with after-sales service to the customer. In the intermediate phase of development, production and research teams face the most complex challenges together, through group synergies, which allow Mebra to provide quality products, maintaining high standards of service.

During this work, technology and prevention methods (such as "failure mode" and "influence analysis") play a central role. The guiding principle is to avoid mistakes before having to solve them.

ISO 14001

Alongside a quality management system, we embrace an environmental compliance policy certified according to ISO 14001:2015. We have also put in place a "zero waste" system in which all plastic waste from processing processes is regenerated in order to be reintegrated into the production cycle, in the percentages allowed by current regulations and in full respect of the environment.

Product certifications and declarations of conformity

Alongside system certifications, product certifications. Third-party accreditation of compliance with certain regulations has allowed us to penetrate and develop sensitive and competitive markets, such as food, rail, industrial, automotive. To do this, we used external accredited laboratories such as the CSI and the advice of notified bodies (NoBo) such as «TUV Sud» and its «Ph» analysis laboratory.

Each product accredited by external bodies or qualified internally for the specific application is then accompanied by the relative declaration of conformity drawn up by Mebra and provided on request for each production batch.
