The MEBRA PLASTIK ITALIA Quality Management System has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard by IIP with certificate N°247 and its international partner IQNET (International certification network) with the IT 3456 certificate. This system is based markedly on the need to take on board the current needs of the customer, anticipate their futures and satisfy them in the most complete, rapid and elegant way.
The quality management cycle, therefore, begins with market research and ends with after-sales service to the customer. In the intermediate phase of development, production and research teams face the most complex challenges together, through group synergies, which allow Mebra to provide quality products, maintaining high standards of service.
During this work, technology and prevention methods (such as "failure mode" and "influence analysis") play a central role. The guiding principle is to avoid mistakes before having to solve them.
